Songs are locked

The first three songs of every album are free. A grown-up can unlock the rest in the Parents tab.

I subscribed but songs are still locked

Open the Parents tab and tap Restore purchase. Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple ID that subscribed.

Cancel or change my subscription

Open the Parents tab and tap Manage subscription, or go to Settings, your name, Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Music stops in the car

BibleBop streams over the internet. In an area with no signal the music waits and starts again by itself when the signal returns.
